A: No - There is no limit to the maximum cash rebate a member can receive. However, the cash rebate paid is a fixed percentage of the listing, selling or loan agent's portion of the customary commissions paid by the seller or lender.

Q: Does it cost anything to take advantage of the cash rebate program?
A: No. There is no fee charged in order to take advantage of this program.

Q: How long will it take for a Consultant to contact me after I submit my Request Form?
A: You should be contacted within 24 hours of receipt of your Request Form.

Q: Is this cash rebate program available throughout the United States?
A: The financing cash rebate is available in every state. However, it is illegal to offer cash rebates on some federally funded loans. Realtor cash rebates are available on properties sold and purchased in all states except Alaska, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, New Jersey, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Carolina, Tennessee and West Virginia where real estate rebates are not allowable by law. But an advantage of eFundRealty is, if you reside in one of these states where cash rebates are NOT allowable by law we can apply an equivalent amount to what would have been your cash rebate to some of your closing costs or inspections fees.

Q: What real estate companies are included in this program?
A: Cash Back participants will be referred to a reputable, leading real estate broker.

Q: Will my service suffer because my realtor knows they are making less?
A: No. Most real estate agents business is based on referrals. Agents want to give you the best service possible to insure future referrals.

Q: Do I have to fill out hours of paperwork or sign a contract?
A: Absolutely not. In fact you are not obligated at all. There is no contract between you and eFundRealty.com. A standard buy/sell agreement will be in effect between your selected real estate agent and yourself, as this is typical in all real estate transactions.

Q: How much cash back can I expect to receive from my home sale/purchase rebate?
A: The amount is based on commissions collected by the Broker and eFundRealty. Multiply the properties sales price by your agent's commission, and then multiply that number by 25%. For example, on the sale or purchase of a $250,000 property, if the agent you are working with gets a 3% commission you can expect to receive $1875. If your agent gets a 2.5% commission you can expect to receive is $1562.50.

Q: How much cash back can I expect to receive from my refinance/new mortgage loan rebate?
A: Every lender offers different amounts back depending on many different aspects of the loan. For example; the type of loan, the length of the loan, customer credit scores, a refinance or a new mortgage loan, the current loan program offerings, etc. Every aspect of the loan is disclosed to our customers upfront. The amount going to be received by eFundRealty will be disclosed to the consumer before the loan is processed. The consumer will receive 25% of the loan agent's commission.

Q: When will I receive the cash rebate?
A: As soon the transaction has been funded and eFundRealty has received payment from the agent's commission. Cash rebates are sent directly to the consumers immediately.
