Julie located eFundRealty.com for a Realtor® who participates in our cash back rebate program. She had a duplex she wanted to sell for $400,000, so she submitted the information needed to eFund Realty.

eFund Realty found an exclusive Realtor® for Julie. After negotiation, she paid 6% commission (3% to the selling agent and 3% to the buying agent). She sold her property for the desired $400,000 and received $3000 cash back rebate from eFund Realty at the close of escrow.
